Join us the first Sunday of each month to embark on a healing journey of self love, heart opening meditation and spiritual connection. Cacao is a plant medicine of high vibration which nourishes connection and supports our emotional well-being. Ceremonial cacao facilitates deep meditation to allow the release of negative energy and to remove blockages in the heart chakra. As a potent superfood and natural mood booster, it increases our mental clarity and ability to focus.
